Dolores O'Reilly - Director

Having worked within the property management sector for over 20 years, Dolores decided to found Apt Property Management in 2010. She wanted to use her extensive knowledge of the industry to start a company that would provide a unique service, dedicated to its clients' needs and satisfaction.

 

Dolores has many years of on-the-job experience, having worked for some of the most reputable property management companies in the UK, as well as the relevant IRPM qualifications. She also has a strong background in accountancy, a solid foundation in Health and Safety regulations and a vast knowledge of property management legislation.

Sinéidín O'Reilly-Nelson - Property Manager

Sinéidín had worked in property management for three years before joining Dolores to work at Apt Property Management.

 

She has extensive experience in the London, Cambridge and Essex areas. Sinéidín specialises in property legislation, company secretarial duties and oversees all debt collection for each development.

Tom Magde - Chartered Accountant

 

Tom is a chartered accountant who has been running his own accountancy business since 1998. He is also the designer of the Property Bible – a bespoke accountancy system, built specifically for Apt Property Management and tailored to their clients' requirements. Emma Smith - Bookkeeper

 

Emma joined APT Property Management two years ago, and her widespread experience in bookkeeping has been invaluable to the team. She provides assistance to Tom in accounting matters and reconciles the client Property Bibles each month to ensure they are all up to date.

 

 

Annabel Trechmann - Administrator

 

Annabel has worked in a variety of administration roles within the Property Management sector over the last 20 years. She joined the APT team a year ago and now deals with the day-to-day administration, as well as providing support and assistance to the Property Management team when necessary.
